Osmia / Pelikan Franken-Pen

Purchased for 10 USD at the Lambertville Flea Market for parts – it’s missing the piston piece on the bottom. I’ve been told this is a Franken-pen… the barrel looks to be from Pelikan, and the nib and cap from Osmia. Still, I was told the Osmia nib goes for $50-60.
