Printed Text: THE SWAN MEMORIAL FOUNTAIN at Logan Circle on the Parkway was finished in 1920, costing over $30,000. It was given by Margaret Swan in memory of Dr. Wm. C. Swan. The statuary is of bronze; the three figures being symbolic of the three rivers that flow in and around Philadelphia. THE ART MUSEUM is the finest of America’s Art Museums and stands at the end of the Parkway at the entrance to Fairmount Park. It houses some of the most famous collections of art in the World.
